The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. We use that information to review and respond to your inquiry, arrange speaking or media opportunities, and maintain necessary correspondence.
How messages are delivered
Form submissions are delivered through Resend, our email-delivery provider, to the Chloe Cole inquiries mailbox. Messages may remain in that mailbox as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, address safety or abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Security and request data
Our hosting and security systems may temporarily process an IP address, browser information, timestamps, and requested pages to deliver the site, prevent spam, investigate abuse, and maintain reliability. The contact form is rate-limited and does not store submissions in a website database.
What we do not do
We do not sell contact-form information. This website does not use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising pixels. We do not ask for payment information, government identifiers, medical records, or account passwords through the contact form.
Children and sensitive messages
The contact form is intended for adults and professional inquiries. A parent or responsible adult should contact us on behalf of a minor. Please do not send medical records, emergency information, or other details that are not necessary for us to understand your request. This website does not provide emergency, medical, or legal services.

The site links to independent organizations, social platforms, booking services, research publications, and donation services. Their own privacy terms apply when you visit them.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you sent by emailing inquiries@chooocole.com. We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or legitimate recordkeeping.
